This quick 15-minute phone call gives us a chance to answer your questions and help you decide if we’re the right fit for your project. For most jobs, we’ll arrange an on-site visit where one of our specialists will assess your property in person.

When our specialists arrive for an on-site visit, you'll meet part of our team and discuss your specific landscaping vision. They will measure and assess your property, providing a rough estimate based on your goals. For larger projects, we’ll also review a design agreement at this stage. Afterward, keep an eye out as we’ll reach out to schedule a virtual presentation to review your custom plan.

Once we've developed your plan, we'll meet with you via video to go over the project details and provide a detailed, itemized estimate. After the meeting, we’ll send you the project agreement for review.

During your meeting with the project manager, you'll finalize and sign the agreement, review the initial timelines, and confirm a start date for your project.

Our in-house team of specialists will get to work, ensuring a high-quality and expertly executed project. You’ll have weekly check-ins with your project manager to receive updates on progress and address any questions you may have.

After the project is finished, you and your project manager will do a final walkthrough of your new landscape. Any questions about features, warranties, or concerns will be discussed openly.
