Phone Consultation

This 15-minute phone call is where we answer your questions about the kind of project you are considering and help you determine whether we’re the right fit for you. For most projects, we will schedule an on-site visit so one of our specialists can come to your location for an assessment.

On-Site Visit

When our specialists arrive for an on-site visit, you’ll get to meet some of the team and get more specific about what you want for your landscape. They will measure and inspect your property and give you a rough estimate based on your needs and wishes. If your project is large, we will go over a design agreement with you at this time. Stay tuned—we’ll be reaching out to schedule a virtual plan presentation.

Design Plan Proposal

Once our team has put together a plan, you’ll join us in a video meeting where we’ll cover the details of your project and give you a line-item estimate. We’ll send the project agreement for you to review.

Start Meeting and Agreement Signing

When you meet with your project manager, you will finalize and sign the agreement, go over the initial timelines, and set a start date.

Installation Begins

Our team of in-house specialists get to work on delivering a high-quality, well-executed project.  You’ll enjoy a regular weekly check-in with your project manager, where you will receive progress updates and can ask any questions you might have.

Final Walkthrough

Once the project is complete, you and your project manager will do a final walkthrough of your new landscape. Questions about features, possible warranties, and any other concerns will be discussed openly. If you would like to be a part of our referral program, your project manager will present you with a thank you gift.
